FluxWerks Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Who we are

FluxWerks is developed by Metallibitti Oy, an independent game studio in Finland. Metallibitti Oy is the controller of the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at fluxwerks@metallibitti.fi.

2. In short

3. What a report contains

A report is created on your computer first, in the game's Reports folder. When you send it, we receive only the files you left ticked, plus the report details:

A report does not include your Steam account, Steam ID or name.

4. Why we use it and on what basis

We use reports to find and fix problems in FluxWerks and, if you gave contact details, to reply to you.

5. Where reports are stored and who handles them

We do not sell or share reports with anyone else.

6. How long we keep reports

We delete a report earlier if you ask us to.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your report, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive what you sent in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent. Reports carry no account information, so please include the Report ID shown in the game (Report a Problem, Saved Reports, then the report) when you email fluxwerks@metallibitti.fi.

Deleting a report from the game's Saved Reports list removes it from your computer only. To have a report you already sent deleted from our service, email us.

If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman: tietosuoja.fi.

8. Steam

FluxWerks is sold on Steam and uses Steam for achievements and Steam Cloud saves. Valve handles that data under the Steam Privacy Policy; we do not receive it.

9. Changes to this policy

If the way the game handles data changes, we update this page and its date.
